JLV Structural Consultants is a full-service structural consulting firm founded by Joseph S. Luiz V. Our offices are located in Dartmouth, MA and Tampa, FL. We work with architects, developers, institutions, building owners, insurance companies, and attorneys. Our focus is on technical competence, appropriate solutions, and client service.
